General Description: Jennings Ferry Campground is situated between the Black Warrior River and Clear Creek in the Black Warrior-Tombigbee Waterway. The campground is small with 52 RV sites with water and electric hookups. Some of the sites have wooden decks and all have picnic tables, barbecue stands, and fire pits with concrete pads. Amenities include restroom, laundry facilities, boat ramp, and playgrounds.
1) Some of the RV sites are pull-through and we were able to reserve one of them. It was off the water, but still had a nice view of Clear Creek. The sites are all spacious and semi-private with lots of trees.
2) The single bathroom/shower facility was modern, heated, and kept clean even with the campground full of families on the weekend.
3) Even though the closest town is Eutaw, their is only a couple of grocery stores. Tuscaloosa is 45 minutes away on I-20/I-59 and has everything you could possibly want within a mile of the interstate.
